The application is an internal publishing tool used by authorized studio members to manage content for social media accounts owned by or lawfully managed by the studio, including the Nocny Peron music project.

• social media account identifiers;

• authorization and access tokens required to connect an account;
• content files, captions and publishing metadata submitted by an authorized user;
• technical logs needed for security, diagnostics and service operation;
• communications sent directly to our contact email address.

Information is used only when necessary to:

• authenticate and connect authorized social media accounts;
• prepare, schedule or publish content requested by an authorized user;
• maintain the security and reliability of the application;

5. Authorization and publishing

Content is not published to a social media account without authorization. The application is intended only for accounts that the studio owns or has permission to manage.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure or social media platform providers only when necessary to operate the application and provide its functionality.

7. Data retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations or handle a valid request. Authorization tokens may be removed when an account is disconnected or access is revoked.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. User controls and data deletion

Users may revoke application access through the connected social media platform and may request deletion of information associated with their account.

The application may connect to third-party social media services. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Ślad Pieniądza does not control the independent processing activities of those platforms.
